Tread Lightly AND Conquest Rebate?

We're in the process of trying to purchase a 2013 Unlimited Sport. Does anyone know for sure if you can use the TL discount (1% below invoice) in combination with the Conquest $1,000 rebate for having a leased vehicle? I know you can with the Costco program ($300 below invoice).

Also, can I sign up for TL and purchase the Jeep immediately or do I have to wait on some sort of paperwork?

You can! That's exactly what I used. I used the tread lightly 1% below invoice, + conquest, + 500 dollar bonus cash from Jeep website. All in all it comes out to something like 5% below invoice or somewhere close to employee pricing. I was even lucky enough where the dealer didn't process my tread lightly discount. They just sold the car to me for 1% below the invoice cost, I think they kinda screwed up there. But I didn't care cause I didn't have to pay the 75 dollar processing fee.

Yes, the conquest rebate is taking after the total (including taxes and fees). The TL discount is figured in before. I was also able to get AAA affiliated pricing on top of all that which is an additional 1%. The dealer also gave me an additional 1% because I brought him 4 Jeep sales at the same time. Keep in mind that the 1% discounts equate to about $300. It adds up but its not an incredible amount of money. After everything was said and done I got my Jeeps for about 6.5% under invoice.

According to Tread Lightly/Chrysler Affiliate Program you have to be a member for at least 30 days before you are eligible for the affiliate discount.

Once you sign up for Tread Lightly they will send you a welcome letter and brochure in the mail (they go out every Friday according to TL). Within those papers is the information you need for the affiliate program.

If you use TL affiliate discount you will also need a copy of your welcome letter from TL.

They say that but in my experience and that of many others, its not true. I was able to sign up and within a week get my letter with the group code and instructions on how to get the affiliate code. It work not only for one Jeep but for two days apart. Most dealers will be OK with waiting for the code if you run into a delay but chances are you won't.

Same story here, TL said you had to be a member for 30 days, I got my letter on Monday and went and got my Jeep on Thursday. The Dealership didn't care at all. I can't answer about the other discounts though.

Best of luck
