Trek Top

Is 300 a good price for a trek top with everything needed?

How much could I sell my soft top off my 2010 for?

1st of all what did you replace it with, then let me tell you a story, regarding what the market will bear in your area.

Haven't replaced if yet I am concise to buying one from a guy who took it off his an Is giving me everything needed to install. I have a factory soft top right now witj clear windows.

The plus for me on trek top is I can run it like a safari top, and it has tinted rear windows.

Ok, now I have a better idea on how to answer. I bought My "Jeep" with a hard top from the jump, because it's way to expensive aftermarket including the OEM which was around $2400.00. Heck I got it from the factory for $895.99. No brainer there.

Then I ripped out the back seat, got new shoes, wheels and a bikini top from BesTop for $79.99 and the windshield header for another $49.99 with a $25.00 instant rebate. Are you with me so far?

Now this is where the rub came in for "Me". How to keep the rain out, heat and A/C in. Well right now in Texas not such a huge problem, but I looked at ripping out the carpet and getting Line-X. Maybe? Getting the windjammer with a Tonno cover, well maybe, but with my "Safrari Straps" that was not an option.

It all depends on what ones wants to do for the over all effect. Then I saw the answer to my issues. Not wanting to put the hard top back on if I didn't have to, while putting the hard doors back on with no problem on my part.

Low and behold the "BesTop Trektop NX, which was a perfect fit for me since I didn't have all of the hardware for a soft top from the OEM.

Seems to me and me only for my set up this is the solution for my mods.

Regarding the sale of your OEM soft top package it really depends on what you can get. There is no real price you can put on it. Whatever someone is willing to pay is your market price. Buy low and sell high.

I hope I didn't ramble on too much, but that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Well I'm not saying anything about what you should do, but with my situation I bought the Trek Top NX last night off Quadretec.

Also I'm not sure what you mean by everything you need, because I had nothing regarding a soft top, so this top is frameless and it fits my needs perfectly I hope.

I hope I helped, but somehow I don't think I did?

You did the trek top comes witj everything you need door surrounds, it has it all.

I see that I should get it because
-tinted rear windows
-windows remove for safari
- still complete soft top

I think I am going to get it

Well that's what the add says. The only thing I didn't see included was the windshield bar, but I bought that with the bikini so I'm covered there!

Everything you stated above is true and correct, that's why I went with it, because it's totally modular. I love the bikini, but she is lacking a bit in foul weather.

Here is what I have now below except I have the side "Safari Strap" side windows, which will work with this system.

No! I looked this morning and I do have all the footman loops. It was dark last night and the windshield bar was hooked up to them, while I could not see.

Thank you,

Marty

Me too, as the top is on it's way. I took a second look on line and it's a "Bad Ass" looking top IMHO.

Thanks for your input.
