Trimming stock fender flares

I plan on trimming my fender flares tomorrow. Anybody have a write up? Mainly on how to get the plastic piece under the fender off. Thanks

Check youtube, there a walkthrough video on there. I left my fenders on when i trimmed mine. Just take your time. USe some painters tape to give you an idea of what look you want to go for.
