True leveling kit

The Tereflex leveling kit I see online is actually a 1" lift plus front leveling kit. 2" for the front and 1" for the back.

Is there a kit that actually just lifts the front so it is level with the back without lifting the back? As far as I know there is no need to lift the rear.

leveling kit will assume you added front and rear bumpers and you'll end up loosing that 1" over time with saggy stock coils.

in your case, just add a 1" spacer to the front of the jeep. $40 dollars.

I think the Teraflex kit gives you the option of only doing the one-inch for the front, if that is what you are looking for. If you go to Quadratec you can download the installation instructions and you will see them address that set-up.
