Tuffy Underseat Storage - Driver vs Passenger

For those of you that have both, which has been more convenient to use? I'm probably only getting one, and I'm curious if it is easier to reach to the side and access the passenger storage. Or should I just stick with driver's side? Thanks

I only have the driver's side because my amp is under the passenger side, and it's a bit of a PITA. I suppose it depends what you want to use it for, but it would generally be easier to lean over from the driver's seat to the passenger side than it is to open the thing between your legs, or to get out of the vehicle on the traffic side and access it.

I only have one....I put it under the passagner side because I'm 6'0" with long limbs and big clumsy feet, and I tend to pull my feet "back" on really long drives...so I didn't want to hit the box.

My wife is only 5'3", and I'm the driver....so she can just deal with it.

Plus I think it is easier to unlock because the steering wheel isn't in the way.

I'm sure both are fine....

Yeah, this is what I was thinking and why I asked. I might go with the passenger side. Thanks for your feedback.

I have both too- well worth it. I can't reach either one from the seat, so that wasn't a deciding factor for me. I guess I use the driver side one more - but I couldn't do without either!

Oh yeah- heads up: keep 'me locked or you'll have a nasty surprise when you have to brake hard! Don't ask me how I know!

+1 - Luckily for me, mine is on the passenger side. Unluckily for me, the wife was in the vehicle as well....

I bought the combo lock which is nice as you can just turn it technically not locked but it stays shut so you can drive it without the possibility of it opening back up. It just latches it when you turn but you leave the combo set if that makes sense. I have the driver side and figure I am out of the jeep when accessing it anyway so driver side seemed easier as I am rarely on the passenger side.
