Unlimited 4 Door Sighting

I saw the new 4 door "wrangler" today, right in downtown boston of all places. I tried to stop the guy to see if he was a dealer or had bought it. It was all black with the top down. It's not a bad looking vehicle. In fact, I couldn't take my eyes off it. But, it's not a wrangler. In fact it looks like a convertible hummer. I wish DC had packaged it under a whole new label, or called it a cherokee convertible.

Anyone who's seen my posts knows I don't know much about jeeps, but I do know I won't be trading in my rusty 98 sport for the unlimited.

Saw one in Little Rock Friday night. It looked good. Not what I would buy, but the guy driving it had a smile on his face... isn't that what's it's all about?

Unless you keep insulting people, you will be "old" someday, too.
I prefer to refer to it as "experience".

My boss came in bragging he drove one, said he's just waiting for his color to come in before he buys one.

Saw one today or yesterday myself. I like it. Looks like a Jeep to me. The hummer resembles a jeep, not the other way around.

That's worth repeating.

I've seen a few around town. I think they look good. Four doors would be handy when you have kids.

I've seen a bunch. I'm not a fan, but to each his own. Though, I did see a black one that was pretty cool.

(I make my kids run along side anyways.)

I had an 07 JKU in Red rock pearl with khaki top and hated it, under powered and just clumsy. No of course I have a 13 JKU and love her. I think the 2 to 4 door option was a great move for Jeep and one of the best they have ever did. Remember the square headlights phase, NOOOOOOO!

This article attributes the record sales recently to the popularity of the 4 door model.

This thread is a cruel joke ha ha. I wasnt paying attention to the dates when I started reading it. I got all excited about a "new" Jeep sighting. I was a little upset with myself for not knowing a new model was coming out and started google Wrangler Concepts.
