Upgrade 38x12.5x15 Super Swamper Tires and Wheels

I want to buy tires/wheels for the snow. I have a 2012 Unlimited with a leveling kit (1"/2") and 2" spacers. Any chance 38x12.5x15 will fit with no rubbing? I know it's a stretch, but the price is right and I would only put them on for snow. I don't want to do too much mods if I don't have to.

You obviously have new wheels, correct? No tire for a 15" wheel is going to fit a stock wheel.

In any event, not without flat flares and some pinch seam trimming. And it'd kill your power.

And are these the typical super swampers I see out on the trails? I wouldn't expect they'd be any good in snow.

Yeah you do not want super swampers on snow. It's like a mud tire but worse. Without any siping they aren't going to be very good in anything less than 2 feet of snow, which you probably won't find on any road. A good set of duratracs would last you a lot longer and be much better and safer for the winter.

Plus super swampers don't last very long so you might get double the life out of duratracs

Somebody tell the 15" wheels sitting on my jeep that they don't fit! They'll be crushed . . . all these thousands of miles thinking they fit . . . poor things . . .

If they are steel 15's you could have to grind the caliper a bit. Some steel 15's fit tho I believe
