Upgrade speakers

I have a new Rubicon with the 730 radio and i think the stock speakers suck! Any recommendations for replacing the speakers?

Autotek up front (with tweeters separate) on amazon. I love them.

This is what I went with. They come with 4 speakers, mid/low & tweeters.

i tried to find out how much power the 730n has and it was difficult to find. I read somewhere it has very little power, like 4 watts per channel. now i'm also considering adding an amp and sub woofer. is adding better speakers without adding an amp going to sound significantly better?
