Upper door windows

Just got my new half doors and upper windows. The window piece is a super tight fit. Any ideas on getting them in and out easier? I really have to push hard to get them down and hit them up, with the window zipped out, to remove. Tried looking through other posts, but didnt find what i was looking for. These are factory half doors and uppers from Mopar. Thanks for your help!

Put some lube on the inserts. Or look for new door frames under worst case senario

Make Sure Everyone is Dead within hearing and sight range. Only then, you can say any area is cleared.

Mine were tight too but within a few dozen times of removing / replacing them they are not slick as can be.

Walkingstick--what kind of lube do you suggest? replacing the door frames is not an option....they are brand new.

Lithium grease, PB blaster, anything meant to lubricate parts will work fine....
