Wanted: XD123 20x10

Hey all. I'm new to this site... new to owning a Jeep, too. Right now, it's all stock. It hasn't been shipped yet, but I have lots of plans. One of which is new tires/wheels/lift. I saw the XD123's on a Jeep about a year ago and have been eyeballing them ever since. Now that I have a Jeep, the XD123's are discontinued and there are only 3 left in the national warehouse....boo. I guess I'm looking for anyone who might have stock and/or have them already on their Jeep and willing to sell. I know there are a few companies who bought a ton of stock when they were on "blow out" a while back. Most that I'm finding are 8 or 6 lug.

Here's what I want. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much. I look forward to many sleepless nights on here.

XD123 Bully Satin Black
20x10 inch
5 on 5 bolt pattern
I need 5 of them.

Welcome to WF.

I don't think you'll find anyone here on the boards to recommend a 20" wheel on a jeep. If you want it then it's your jeep and have at it. Lemme give you some things to think about though.

1. 20" wheels only serve a purpose for blinged out looks not ability unless your plans include running 40" tires too.
2. Tires are insanely expensive for that size wheel and unless you are going to run 40" tires then its a complete waste of money and time.
3. If these wheels are not being made any more than what happens to you should you get your hands on a set and then one is out of round which causes any tire mounted to it never to balance properly?

20's

Ha. I get what you're saying, but I'm the farthest thing from wanting to "bling" out my Jeep. I'm also walking that fine line of the douchebag wheels that are out there in 20's... which is why I like the XD123's. This Jeep will probably never see any rocks in it's life, so the function of 15's against 20's isn't the issue. I plan on putting 35/12.5/20 tires. Soooooo, that's where I'm at.

Average price of 35x12.5R20 tires = $400 each
Average price of 20" wheels = $180 each
Wheel weight = 30-40 lbs each
Tire Weight = 71 lbs each
Total cost per wheel + tire = $580
Total weight per wheel + tire = 101 lbs

Grand weight total = 505 lbs
Grand cost total = $2900.00

MPG after install and without re-gearing = 6-9 mpg

Is this where you're at?

I had 20"s on my first wrangler. And loved the way it looked. If that's what you want and you got the money- do it! Don't listen to anyone.

But, with that said, after the experience I went with 17"s on my next one because of all the rational/logical advice similar to the above.

I think it still looks awesome and will not be hampered off-road. And I won't be worried about banging a wheel on a rock or curb.
I'm not a band wagon jumper-on'er but it really makes sence in this situation.

my 2cents.
