Waxing Stock Hard Top

Should I wax the stock black hard top, or is there some other protectant that should go on it? since Its not painted with a gloss enamel black paint I'm sort of confused what I should use on it.

The micro fiber towels are second to none for removing wax. I still use a super soft 100% cotton towel for buffing. The jeep looks awesome right now!

Turtle wax ice has worked great on my hard top, fenders, and bumpers.

Been using 303 on the bumpers and fenders. Works great. Haven't tried the top yet.

Fourth vote for 303 - it's UV protection is better than the Ice or any wax out there...

Go to Lowe's and pick up some Penetrol, it works great and want was off or fade back out. I've only applied it on my top twice in 6 years and it still has not faded out.

what was your experience on application? I put on VERY lightly with foam brush..looks awesome...tremendous difference but back of can says buff with rag in 3-5 mins. 45 mins later mine is still very tacky..couldnt buff with rag now if you tried! 96 degrees and very humid but wondering if dries overnight and doesnt get buffed right away until after work tomorrow..will I have a disaster on my hands? Mine seems like a varnish that you leave on versus something you buff...but im no paint product expert. What did you see when doing yours? Thanks! Would post pics but one pic says exceeded my quota?????
