Weird noises

Ok, I've had my JK for 2 weeks, and it's making me crazy with all the odd noises it makes. First it kind of rattles, or clicks constantly, very faint, just enough to make me nuts. Second when I shut it off it makes these weird grunting noises from under the hood...anybody else have these issues??

Tailgate rattles, onr of the door rattles off-road, xfer case makes noise and the shifter makes it grind-

On shut down the underhood turbine rpm drops down and you can hear the rpm loss-

Condition SAT !!

You bought a wrangler, its a utility vehicle, its gonna make weird noises, especially if you use it for what its made for.

It's new, it shouldn't be making those noises. My '09 doesn't "rattel" or "grunt". Take it to the dealer, that's why you have a warranty.

lol my 07 has an exhaust leak near the manifold area and I get the typical "tick" sound until it heats up..when I shift my front u-joint on the rear driveshaft sounds like a small bird. none of this seems odd to me though, as it's all typical stuff that comes out when you actually use a vehicle

My 2011 makes all sorts of noises... Rattles, bangs, grinds between 1st and 2nd on hard excells... All and All mine makes all sorts of noises and its only got 3000 miles on it...at this point I have no clue whats normal... I guess if something is really wrong with it, it is going to get worse and then I will take it to get fixed.. It is what it is a Jeep, there is not much to it to really get all that messed so... With it being a no frills car, I guess that is just what it is... I guess every noise is heard due to lack of insulation and noise dampening materials to quiet all the music the jeep makes... It can be a bit nuts when driving down the road, hearing something and think now what the $%& was that? But somedays I don't notice a thing and others I hear everything.. I guess that I am happy in a sense that I am not the only one out there that is bothered by noises...
When I only notice things while the top is up and never when the top is down and the other thing I always keep the fan on low w/ or without A/C just for the white noise It helps...
