Wet Okole seat cover question

Anyone that has or had these seat covers. How do/did you like them? Would you recommend them? Thanks.

They get mixed reviews on here. Most love them while some don't. I think most consider IGGEEs the best, while Coverking gets some good review but IGGEEs still out rate from the reviews I read. Still trying to decide myself.

IGGEE's aren't bad but I don't really want "syntethic" leather that was why we order cloth. I'll look at the Coverking and see what they look like. Thanks.

I want some just like yours, but want the red to match my Jeep. Haven't look around yet to see if I can get that color.

what ever you do stay clear of the Smittybilt Front Neoprene Seat Covers with FREE Rear Cover. These absolutly suck. I've been kicking myself in the ass now for a while after purchasing these. I'll be ordering the IGGEE's as soon as I can free up some dough.

I saw those and the price seems a bit to good. What was the issue?

I've hadem both and I'll take IGGEE's everytime !

Synleather IGGEE's are DENSER/stronger and more rip/tear resistant than straight neoprene !

Course maybe things have changed in 4 years IDK !

I have Wet Okole's and I love them. I do a ton of diving, surfing, and just about any other water sport you can think of and they work great. If I get caught in the rain without the doors on they dry right up. Also the fitment is 100% perfect, they're custom made for each vehicle, and they are a little thick so I think they make the seat more comfortable.

However, they are pretty expensive (~$250/pair of seats), they fade over time and seem like they could tear easily. I haven't ripped mine at all but I could see it happening if you're not careful.

Overall, I love them.

What would heated seats do to the Wet Okole's??
Or would you have to take them off in the winter ?

I've had them for 2 weeks and already 2 of the straps that hold the covers to the seats have fallen off of the covers, also several of the seam's on both the driver and pass side are unraveling. And the big one that is bugging me is the huge opening flappy thing for side airbags (which I dont have side airbags) that exposes a good portion of the seat.. Oddly enough the FREE rear seat cover seams/straps are holding up very well and and I'm pleased with the rear.

Thank you. I'm pretty sure that I'm going to give the Iggee's a try. I really love the RR seat protectors, but they just don't hold up well on my Wrangler with the top down all summer. I've gone through 2 sets. The set on my wife's Liberty have held up great.

daggo,

if you do go with the Iggee's could you post and let me know how it goes? I'm about a month away from this purchase and would appreciate any insight you can provide. I don't mind spending money if I'm buying something of high quality that is going to last.

I guess that's one of the reasons why I bought a Jeep.

Contact them. They had a deal going at the time- for all three. Some have a buy 2 get the back free. I called their eBay add and they gave me a discount, even though -one had just ended. Worth a shot, they were awesome covers. Worth every penny.

Got the rears on late this aftternoon, will get the fronts tomorrow after Church.

So, far not a difficult install, and the fit is 4.0. The material is an old friend. Back in my younger days I was a Die-Hard White-water Canoeist, and was always in a wet-suit (same material). Damn suit lasted for more years than I can remembber. Now I had ash basket-weave canoe seats, and still the seat of Wet-Suit lasted for years

I know this material and I respect it, that is why I made the personal choice to purchase "Wet Okole"

All three? I bought the front set and my understanding is if you want the rear you order 2.
