I had rubber mud flaps on my former Suzuki Jimny, it was suzuki original rubber flaps, no drilling at all. I installed the Mopar slush guards, I dont like them, they are to stiff and looks ugly but I could not live with all the spray on the door and handles. I hope they will hold. They are shaped like a spoon to catch as much snow and mud as possible and probably works like a anchor so I will be stucked
Try these.

The install went relatively well....I was kind of in a hurry and didn't get the ballasts where I wanted them to be and will do that when I have some more time. As far as light output is concerned I can see a discernible difference between the halogen factory bulbs and the LED bulbs. I am gonna try and get better pictures tomorrow on a non-lighted roadway to show the light output, what I have sucks and would be of very little value to see. I will say that there appears to be very little difference between they high and low beams on these lights. I can say I didn't get flashed tonight driving for about an hour. All in all, this was definitely a good solution as opposed to the other, more expensive, LED headlight options. So far I give them two thumbs up, but will wait a few weeks to see if they operate without any problems before I fully endorse them.

Drove it too fast through a parking lot and was scolded by a deputy sheriff. Pretty sure the Magnaflow didn't help getting noticed. @ 49 I should know better... Lolol

Got a full 20lb CO2 tank with a 150PSI regulator in a trade, basically paid $130. got a nice little scare on the way back home when I thought I had it secured well in the back of the jeep. a shoe bumped the valve in just the right spot to open it up. temperature instantly dropped 30 degrees, I could barely breathe until I got a window open, and liquid CO2 was shooting all over the place. Keep in mind this was all at 55mph. finally got stopped and the bottle shocked the crap out of me when I was trying to shut it off. lesson learned!

runs my snapon impact like a champ and should fill 30-40 37" tires.

Glad to hear your safe and sound. I had a similar incident happen years ago with a chemical fire extinguisher. Scared the hell out if me! Had to change my shorts too …

How much poly did you add? Did you pack time or loosely fill the speaker cavities?

It probably won't be installed in the jeep but will stay back at camp which is no more than a few miles away at any time. Going to look at old fire extinguisher mounts at work so who knows. It might end up in the jeep

Drove the few blocks to work as it was chilly for Miami Beach! To be stuck in news reporter traffic awaiting on Justin Bieber news from Miami Beach prison, which is 4 blocks from my business. Blah blah blah. Send him through the process. Needs an intervention before he becomes a statistic.

Added as much as I could to the sound bar. You can really just keep stuffing it in there. Not near as much to the sub but may go back and add more. I've also added hushmat to the entire vehicle (entire floorboard &tge strips to the top, plus inside sound bar and sub box).

Used Turtle Wax ICE this morning for the first time. It's not often that I find a product that works as well as advertised, but this stuff is great. Easy as can be to apply, no white residue and it worked really well on all the black plastic trim. Thanks to those who have recommended it!

True on the ICE. I was terrified to put anything on my new baby. I had some in the garage that I used to put on my old heap. It worked great on the trim on my new ('11) Wrangler.

Quadratec mats and hoist a top are next. Sucks the weather is so cold. I haven't taken the top off yet!

That looks great. I went to the HBF here local and the guys inside didn't have any idea what I was asking about when I asked if they had and sheet mesh or perforated sheets.

Same thing happened to me when I went to my local HBF. However, they did have it right next to all the welding supplies. I can only assume they don't hire the most knowledgable folks.

LoD rock sliders, M.O.R.E. motor & trans skid plate, Mopar 82213581 front skid plate and MV50 air compressor all on order now. These will complete my JKUR upgrades. AEV JK Slider for the rear diff sits in the garage waiting for a warm weather install. Mopar evap fuel and front diff skid plates are already installed. Many thanks to all the great folks contributing comments and suggestions. Couldn't have done this on my own.

Which kind of Turtle Wax Ice did you use?

I looked them up on Amazon and there a lot to choose from.

Amazon.com: turtle wax ice - Waxes / Car Polishes & Waxes: Automotive

I used this ICE Premium Care Liquid Wax, Dirt Repellant Formula. Seems like a great product:
