They retainers on the side of the top that fit into the small groove about the doors will not stay in place and keep popping out.

Or video ... it would be awesome to see them actually in motion and not doing what they are supposed to.

Got a lot of stuff done today, the rest of my parts came in from powder coating, the hood is painted, 3/4 fenders are on, rock sliders installed...getting close to finishing!

The Old Hood & the rest of my Parts just came in from Powder Coating...

The Hood is Painted...

The Rock Sliders & Drivers Fenders are on, also fixing the "Kiss of Death Dings on the Cowl"...

Passenger Side is Just about done...

Close up of the JCR Logo on the Sliders, the Wrangler Stickers are coming off because on the Drivers Side it is crooked from the factory...

The Jeep is now all masked off & ready for paint in the spot that got repaied...

I drilled a hole in the bottom of my Alumni Virginia Tech license plate bracket so it will fit on my JKU! Now it is "custom"!

Today I painted my vents and sound bar speaker covers! PLUS, I put polyfill in all speakers and let me tell you...sounds 10X better! More crisp thicker sound!

Let me know how your gas mileage is with it. I've heard it really doesn't make a difference, but I'm curious anyway

Was driving and there was a loud bang all of a sudden. So I pulled over to find where it came from. All tires are fine, engine and tranny oil pressure are good, and there is a small leak dripping off the oil pan but it's not black. I'm gonna keep an eye on the engine coolant. Any ideas what it might be?

Oil shouldn't be black unless its due for an oil change...just put a cardboard underneath the Jeep when your not using it so if you have any leaks you'll find the source of the leak brotha!

Made my own spider shade last night, and a couple of adjustments today.
I picked up sunblock fabric from Lowes last year, 2 rolls for $8.00, so i only had to pick up a grommet kit and the bungee balls.

Tomorrow I'll try to get the one done for the JKUS.

Got the front windows tinted to legal...ish. 35% but they look darker to me. I was told about this bluish tint called Air Blue that is legal and goes on the entire windshield to block out most of the UV. $100 so maybe one day.
