Speaker Upgrade Part II

Installed a 2nd pair of 77KICK10 speakers and cannibalized some poly-fill material from the couch to stuff the sound bar with. Better with a set of 4 over just 2 upgrade speakers. With such good volume I don't know that I can justify purchasing the 77KCK053 4.1 channel amplifier that I have seen advertised for between $375 and $450 unless it helps improve the audio quality. Maybe it is just needed to drive the 10" sub-woofer if you had one. Why do you need a sub-woofer, the whole Jeep is a sub-woofer now!

you can do all but one without removing the grill and even then you only have to do the top fasteners well if you are on the skinnier side atleast

Ok... What's the deal with Plasti dip?!??
Is it just a fancy term for spray paint?!? Does it hold up? And can you do it without removing the badge?

I took these today at the office. I took off the chrome smittybilt's steps last night, and installed this Rampage black ones. I also removed the chrome Jeep logo from the grill.

No I hired a little auto shop that specialize in leather seats and car audio. They had my vehicle all of 4 hours. I did have to wait a few days after ordering them for them to ship in. lots of color options if you can find a katzkin vender.

Today I put my Star Wars decals on the Jeep but ordered the wrong color and they also sent the wrong size so will order more. Didn't bother with pics.

Early Rebel Alliance decal, was going to post a link but neither pixeldecals or decalvantage have any Star Wars decals on their sites anymore. Bugger. Have to look elsewhere for replacements.

And yes, love the Star Wars too.

Been thinking of getting one of these. Was it easy to install?

Really easy! The hardest part was getting the seat bolts out because they were really tight. It probably took me 30 minutes start to finish.

Yeah but you have a 4dr! Not meant for 2drs....after all was said and done, took me around 3-4 hours.

Had to cut metal off the seat, raise the seat a few inches bolt back down...pain in the arse...but worth it! LOL
