Replaced my brand new led bulb in the back of my JKU. Simultaneously broke the light unit clips that hold it to the rollcage. Why isn't anything ever easy? Thankfully two zip ties later and it works and looks kinda rugged :-)

Weird question but what if you get a flat... Do you still carry a spare? If so where?

I make a phone call if I get a flat.

Going without a spare is only a temporary thing until I get an aftermarket bumper and carrier. Around town I don't mind running without it. If I plan to drive out of town -- which I don't in the foreseeable future -- I'd toss it in the cargo area.

Took the t-tops off after seeing Taken 2! Love driving around like that!!

I did give it its first scar... scratched the passenger side t-top. Anyone do this? Only a day old... Any fixes? Or just call it a battle wound..?

Don't worry about it if the scratch is on the top. It'll be lifted soon and no one will see the top side

Is it painted or just the black top? If its just the black top I would and am going to Bedliners it that will drastically help protect from future scratches and look better the texture is awesome

I gassed up today and cleaned my windshield. The sun hit the glass just right that showed my windshield was nasty on the inside so I took a few minutes and cleaned the inside of the windshield. Holy cow that was overdue. It looks so much better. It drives better. The stereo sounds better. I look better driving it. This summer was hard on the inside of my glass.

Black top. I thought about bed lining it. If you end up doing it, let me know how you like it.

Got my Rugged Ridge Mesh grill insert...washed the Jeep up all nice, took the grill off, started the install and realized my drill battery is not charging properly. No juice.

Cursed.

Reinstalled grill (thank goodness that thing goes on/off in about 30 seconds). Put mesh back in the box. And hopefully I'll have some time at work today to install it. Then, I'll need to go buy a new drill battery on my way home.

Put the soft top back on, the wet weather is coming, so my "summer mode" jeep is slowly getting into "winter mode!"

Installed leveling and finally got the new tires on 285/75/16 destination MT. So far so good. No rub but I still ordered wheel spacers that Shud arrive Friday. No spare so I took the carrier off for the time being. I need to fab some kind of tramp stamp.

Painted Mats

Thanks for the compliments.

I didn't buy them. I painted them myself.
