We had Thanksgiving for lunch and then loaded up and headed to the range. Lots of .308 & .223. I sighted in a friends new deer rifle & tried out a new load for my bench rifle. Took the top off the jeep for the ride. Today was probably our last warm day for the winter. 72* and sunny with no wind.

Hi Farnham21 I had a question about a body panel on your wrangler. The small black panels on the upper part of your hood, where did you get those? Last summer i left my doors untied and my entire family let them swing and now the dents are hug. Id like to replace them with the ones you have there, they look sick. Let me know, thanks!

Took the wife and Father in law on some trails around the Great Dismal and exchanged the red clay of the Piedmont out for the grey mud of the swamp.

Had to air down the tires, again. Took her to the stealership for her first oil change, and apparently they decided to air them up to 37-38 ... I felt every tiny bump, dip, bug and pebble that I drove over.

I put a good shine on the Jeep. This is the first time I applied wax since buying it 2 months ago, so it was past due.

Look at that shine!

And then I chopped the factory bumper ends off. It was bothering me bad. I'm content with this look until I replace it with a stubby bumper. I call this "Pluke mode."

Just finished black Friday shopping. Got me a Rugged Ridge XHD stubby for about half off, and rear ufos with electrical delete for 30% off.

Thank you wf for the great deals.

Well, I'm sitting here at the install shop waiting for my windows to get tinted. Now they all match. Lol. This is the first thing that I've done to the jeep since I picked it up a week ago.

Finished putting on the control arm skid and put one of my birthday presents from the hubby in the back: ARB recovery gear. Now I just need to find a tree. Or a stuck Hummer or FJ.

After having it sitting around the garage for about a year I finally installed my Smittybuilt Tailgate Gear Rack. I'd originally procrastinated because I was chicken to drill into the tailgate and then just forgot I had it until I saw it on the shelf the other day.
