It's a great pistol to shoot. Highly recommend finding one to shoot

I saw some new-in-box ones for sale the other day on one of the forums for $600 (can't remember which). I would have grabbed them myself, but the timing isn't right. Those are some awesome flares!

I'm a Sig owner myself, but I really love shooting the xdm's as well. I definitely think you'll like them.

Yes they do. I have the Tread Lightly version in mine, figured it was fitting since I used the Tread Lightly discount to buy it

I love my XD40. What didn't you like about it? I have a Sig P238 to carry because the XD is a little cumbersome to carry on a daily basis.

I own xdm .45 and love it. Looking for compact xdm .40 as every day carry. The 45 is a bit too big to conceal

I put 100 rounds through it last night and loved it. Low recoil smooth. Everything is in the right place even for a guy with big hands. The only downside I see so far is the long first trigger pull. After that the reset is very short. My 4'11" wife shot a few but wasn't able to rack the slide to start. So now were on the hunt for a good 380 or .32. Or maybe even a snub nose revolver haha

Didnt like the trigger or how it fit in my hands. I have the Colt Mustang Plus 2 that is a lot like the 238, I love it. Shot the 238 over Christmas its a good pistol.

My real experience. I shoot about 500 rounds a week minimum. No exceptions.

I have the XDM 9MM subcompact. I really like it. It is comfortable to fire. I don't carry it though, so i can't speak of that.

They seem to be pretty similar to glocks in design, but I haven't fired a glock to compare it that way.

Racking the slide is stiff at first, but it does seem to loosen up with use. I practiced doing it a number of times and now I can pull it back in one try.

I didn't shoot anything but I did pull my side steps off and ground a flat on the body mount washers in prep for the arrival of my Ace Rock Rails!

Put on a set of BFG KM2's. 255/85/16 on the stock, plastidiped, steelies. No lift and no rub either direction at full lock. 35 psi, they feel ok on the highway, so far. Speedo is way off, need to get the Procal module to correct it, I guess. Also ordered the MOPAR bumper mount lightbar.

My brother delivered my Christmas present today, a Qtec rear floor mat. He would've got the front too, but he still had presents to buy. I trimmed it up and stuck it in and it fits great.

I agree! Wish I would have done this on mine. I might try it on next tire rotation in 4000-5000 miles.

Helped install my new Drake hood hold-downs. They look so much better than the stock ones. With these on, who needs a hood lock....

Still waiting on the Bestop underseat lockbox for the passenger side to go with the already installed driver side

- Tinted the front windows to match the rear windows and soft top (20% all around now)
- installed the 4dr MOPAR Door Sill Guards
- Side marker mod (to make them act as blinkers as well as markers)

Fairly productive day...

Synergy highsteer. Went fine, 0 issues

Conclusions.
-Steering wheel does not follow the road as much.
-Less vibration fed up to the wheel.
Bumpsteer reduced 75%

Great mod if you are pushing 4" of lift.
