Yup. It's been a little over 20 years since I owned a Jeep. Had to make sure I could sill do it.

Got some Chrysler touch up paint and cleaned up some little dings I got last time I was out on a trail. I went mudding and my tires stick out passed my flares so I kick up a lot of stuff. The touch up was super easy, cleaned and prepped the area well, put one coat on the chipped area, wiped up any excess and let it sit for a few hours. Came back out and dabbled on a bit more to make the chip flush with the body, can barely even see it anymore.

Thanks. It was going to cost around 700 for the setup but I was lucky and found a deal so I paid about what the Spod typically costs.

Finished blacking out the Jeep. I finally removed the rear bumper to take off the (eyesore) silver cap, debadged, and plasti-dipped the key holes.

Used my buffer and Mothers Water Spot Remover to remove water spots off all my windows. Sealed them with a glass sealant (sort of like Rain-X or Aquapel). Removed my JKS discos and cleaned & lubed them then re-installed and replaced a broken lynch pin on them. One had a sheared off "locking" ring and was marginal after we temporarily fixed it on the trail.

Had a "Jeep Parent of the Year" moment.

Mommy: Ouch!
Toddler daughter: What happened Mommy?
Mommy: The stupid car shocked me!
Toddler daughter: Mommy, it's not a car. It's a Jeep!

I gave her candy!

Put her in the shop, striped her and began the detailing to get her ready for the super nationals auto show next weekend. 9 hrs of detailing and I'm only half way done :-(

Installed my Poison Spyder 1.5 inch wheel spacers. 169 bucks for all 4 and took less than an hour to install. WOW do I feel so much more stable taking turns now, and believe it or not the ride is a thusly smoother by taking all the strain off the shocks. And if say it gives a little bit of meaner look, nothing crazy though. Sorry, no before pictures :/

Oh yeah, and input on the poison spyder decal

I put Spidertrax spacers on mine and a Teraflex leveling kit. It does make for a much more stable ride.

That's the best feeling in the world isn't it? What color did you order?

It kind of is, although it will be the DD for my wife, as I have 3x the miles to drive. I was expecting 4-6 weeks or more, but it has been barely 3!

It is a White Freedom Edition.

When you remove the sensor from the old housing, there is a plastic tab that needs to stay attached to the sensor that is partially attached to the old housing. To remove the sensor you need to twist the whole part to unlock, then remove.

Just be really careful not to snap the plastic tab that will she used to keep leverage under the washer (you'll see what I mean). Good news is the part is cheap, so I'm just going to order a new one and hope the dealer will flash away the check engine for me.

You'll be lucky to drive it once she gets it lol.Only when something goes wrong then she'll let you drive it to see what's wrong. Once its fixed see ya later........ Finally just ordered the Welcome Distributing grab handles. This weekend I was out with the fiance and her parents and after seeing them grab onto my headrest to get in it motivated me to order.

UPDATE: service guy said to just disconnect the battery for 30 seconds and it will clear the check engine light.

Oil change. Let the dealership do it since they are free for 3 years.
