That poor guy would be me. And its more like $30 would've protected me from losing my $300 lights. I also posted recently that the lights that someone from my building found one of the lights under his car. Anyway if you have taillights on your Jeep and we all do you should get tamper resistant screws and the tool to remove them. I took it a step further and ordered two different types of screws which requires two different types to remove one light. You can just do a Google search to see many different types of screws.

I liked the one way screws because the tool is not guaranteed to get it off. It is listed as the best option but they are meant to be permanent. You find these sometimes on license plates and you find them a lot on window guards in apartment buildings. I got some of those and another pattern just to make things interesting for the thieves.

Thanks! I'll check out the video and that thread in detail. Good idea on the video- I should do the same when mine is done. I still haven't used my Go Pro Christmas present. But I don't have a spare JK nearby.

We got 18 inches of snow today. I used my JKU to pick up four co-workers and take them to work this morning. On the way a snow plow was stuck in the ditch so I pulled him out. I was semi-aroused by the experience!

I bought mine a "servant"

Its a nice solid strong rust free little low mileage 86 Toyota long bed. Something to do the dirty work.

Jeep chub, it comes with owning one. BTDT!

So cool pulling out a plow.

Got notification from Jason at KOR today that my JCR sliders finally shipped. So stoked now.

Can you move the bar back and forth about an inch? I installed one last week and I can move it.

Started to install my audio/video system today. I got the mids/highs installed today. I'm using polk audio components (marine certa). I used dynomat in the sound bar and the front dash pods. Hope to have it complete in a few weeks. Using MB Quartz amps, pioneer touch screen, Infinity 12" in custom inclosure. I'll post pics as I complete the project.

There is a poor guy here who got his rear tail lights stollen. Wrong place at the wrong time and it sucks it could have been prevented for $50 bucks.
Stopped by the dealer and parts gave me 4 lugs for free and said I could keep my locks. The parts guy told me they are installed during PDI. Kudos to the parts guy for being so easy to deal with. I will definitely keep a lock on the spare, haven't looked to see if it has one, will pull off the tire cover this weekend.

Day 4 of ownership and the more I drive the Wrangler the more I like it.

I covered the stupid warning labels on my visors. I used black decals that are made to fit exactly over the labels. Got them off ebay for cheap. Looks much better now.
