I also test fitted my snorkel. Sucks living in an apartment and all my real tools are 2 hours away. Hope to get it installed this weekend.
I did the same mount, works great. I used threaded knobs for a quicker disconnect.

not sure really LOL, I think that's how it is when the hard top is on. I swap it with the soft top back and forth a couple times a year so it's probably just not tucked away. It's possible it's not even connected yet.

Picked my Jeep up from the customizer today. Had the Katzkins installed over the weekend. They look great and the seat heaters are nice

Are the clamps installed on the rear roll bars or where exactly are they mounted? Thanks

Yes on the bottom of the rear down tube. Lift the fabric up so you can mount it high enough for the hi-lift base not to come in contact with sub woofer (if you have one obviously). On mine one clamp faces towards center of vehicle, for the base and the other side faces aft for the top of the jack.

Any particular reason in extend the spare tire bump stop..?? Im asking because i installed my new wheel in my spare tire but the bump stop is not touching my tire anymore (as my previous one)...

Do you think the bump stop will affect the tire carrier/bolt/tire/gate..??

Cheers

Juancho....

you can use rubber hosing cut to fit within your old ones, or you can buy a product like daystar bump stop extensions which replaces your old ones.
