This wasn't today....but anyway. took the jeep to get a free oil change. so got home to check the oil, and was somewhat ....confused. Miraculously the plastic cosmetic engine cover, that I removed at 500 miles, reappeared. Yep the stealership threw another one on their, so I took it off. Gonna see how many of these I can get before I run outta free oil changes.

Think anybody would wanna buy these.

He meant the vacuum pump that sits just behind the front bumper. Gets in the way of a number of aftermarket bumpers and has to be relocated.

[QUOTE=LVRaptor;3496996]taking advantage of the weather and my new skinnypedal door hangers

picked up new tonneau cover

How do you like those door hangers? I've heard people say they are a great idea because the hinges aren't made to support the weight of the door for long periods but they are a great idea!! Also, which cover is that? Great looking Jeep

Ah...that makes sense. I have a 2010 so I don't have it there. Just put a bumper on yesterday so it was confusing.

I put on the Antenna X shorty as well - mainly cause the factory one whips like a mad jockey out on the trail. However, reception has definitely degraded. For me, slight static can be heard at various stations, and loud static for one particular station in Atlanta.

Will probably still keep it but it's annoying.

I am running the same antenna with the same reception problems. Mostly on a few AM stations. I'm keeping it on there too.

Got it washed? How'd the snorkel hold up in a carwash?

What did it cost you? I've got rear half doors and plan to eventually get some fronts but have no idea what the cost to paint them could be. The dealership paint guy scratched his head and "I'm sure I could figure out the color to match!" They are OEM doors/paint!

Finally ordered a bumper: JCR Front Stubby Dagger Pre Runner with skid from Jason/Krawl. Was settled on the PSC Brawler Lite for a long time, then saw the JCR and switched; the bank account thanks me for it.
