God I can't wait to take my top off. I traded my JKU in for a JK so I can take my hardtop off easily by myself. Still not sure it's possible but it looks like I can do it.

Spring fever got to me this year. And spring seems to be happening a lot later this year. Thankfully, I have family to stay with...that's my excuse.

They look great. Been eyeing them, and with your image showing me the best front-on shot I've seen, you've pretty much solidified one of my first mods to my 10A Rubi when it gets here (along with the pile of presents from Brown Santa already in the garage... ). Thanks!

Also, cracked windshield on way down. Just replaced it 10 days ago.

Good news is I upgraded my insurance after the day after i replaced first one, so the fix is free!

Breather hose extension

Extended my rear breather hose. Original location was just above the chassis. Now it sits higher than the tail light. This photo shows the space behind the passenger side tail light.

I love it! I have the ventless Moab one (not as cool) and am looking to get some custom paint on it. I hope it turns out as good as yours!

OK, newbie question regarding the Freedom Panels. The manual says to undo both screw in retainers in the speaker bar first then the L brackets on the left (driver side?) panel and finally the catch above the windshield for the left panel. The repeat for the right (passenger?) panel. Can I just remove the left panel without the passenger side also or do I have to remove both panels? And if I can just remove the driver side do I still have to unscrew both retainers in the speaker bar? Sorry, but I confuse easily.

A fair amount of things, extended the breather lines, added another coupler under the hood for the OBA setup. Armored it up underneath with Arb diff covers with lube locker gaskets front and back, full river raider offroad skids, gusseted the C's, sleeved the axles and replaced the ball joints with Synergy products. Ready to wheel!

U can take each panel off separately. U don't need to keep the screw in retainers in them. Most people just keep them out. I lightly tighten them back in.

I went back and forth on these and JW before deciding on the JW. Based on pics of both I found that for my needs the JW Speaker puts more light (concentrates) in front of the Jeep while the TL's has a wider light spread but can't match the sweet spot of the JW Speaker. The JW Speaker however fall off very quickly outside of that sweet spot and this is where the TL's win. With most getting aux lights anyway I just opted for the JW Speaker.

Changed out the stock shift knobs for shiny aluminum ones. Took way longer than I expected.

They are cut down stock fenders. It was a pretty simple mod. Most important tool i had to use was a sawzall. Did the fronts with that and the rears with a jigsaw. Could also use a rotary cutting tool like a dremel. The way to start a job like that is to watch a couple of videos on YouTube. There are some good step by steps on there. After cutting everything finish the edge by sanding smooth then apply black trim edging. As for the lights I bought a pair of adhesive LED light strips at Autozone and simply wired them into the wires from the old markers. Between edging and lighting total cost was only $23!
