Re-routed my CB antenna cable! No pictures because that'd be kind of boring, haha.

Duratracs 285's and Mickey Thompson Sidebiters. A lot of basis for the Duratracs came from this site. So far I'm loving them!

Got the Recon fender flares installed for free as the RSE step sliders didn't make it in this weekend. They were supposed to show up on Thursday. Hoping Monday brings better news.

Swapped the hard top for soft, put in Truck-Lites and changed the Jeep badge on the grill from chrome to black.

Tossed a little VHT on the amber signal lights and accented the tail lights with it. The turn signals I only hit with 1 coat because I still want them to be functional. They seem really dark but there is no sunlight on them. I tested the signals and they show up perfect. For the tail lights I just hit the side light with 2 coats to darken it up. I didnt want to catch the attention of any cops so I left the tail lights clear

Hosed the inside out then went for a long ride to let it air out. Now it does not smell so much like bonfire, spilt vodka, sex, and puke.

Weld it to your broken bolt:
Thanks for the help. Unfortunately i do not have welding equipment. We tried heating it with a torch bc the aluminum should expand more than the steel bolt from what I was told. It didn't work. Might have to bring it to a shop Monday morn. Pretty Aggravating. Was hoping for a quick swap based in what I read, but $hit happens. Must be a Jeep thing:-).

Replaced my water pump after it left me a nice orange puddle in the driveway yesterday.

Washed, waxed, and first drive without freedom panels. Learned my twill Supertop NX should be here Wednesday. Looks like next Saturday the Jeep will get a little more love.

Dropped the top and doors. First time doorless this year in the 68F and sunny weather!

Unfortunately, had to seal her back up cause tomorrow is 80% chance of rain and thunderstorms all day!

Fitted my new stubby antenna (thanks AntennaX, you're right - they do work) and Rugged Ridge chrome fuel door. Bought a roll of diamond lath, zip ties, blocks and spray paint, and tomorrow I'm going to fashion some funky grill inserts. Think I'm probably going to go with high gloss black to match the Jeep, but I also have silver and neon orange.
