I don't know. Discount put them on and I'm sure they put what the manufacturer "recommended". I'll check when I get home.

Just high temp flat black. Picked it up at Oreily's, No, I just left it on.

Need details. I have rust in those spots and it bothers me too. Especially since I'm lifted as run a stubby bumper. My parts are all exposed and can be seen easily. I like that but the rust is an eye sore.

Any prep work involved or just tape off and pray and spray?

What type of paint?

I did my whole undercarriage and exhaust with Rustoleum High Temp Flat Black Spray Paint. You can get it at any hardware store very cheap. Very little prep work required, just a quick wash and then spray. The results are amazing, everything from my differentials to my front suspension components look brand new. I'd argue it's one of the best, cheapest, and easiest mod you can do.

At around $6 a can you can't beat it.

After welding on C Gussets and LCA skids I used Por 15 to paint it all. That stuff is a rock star.

Here we go again. I noticed today while driving around my neighborhood that all the Saharas had their plastic step missing. I saw at least 4 in my general area. After just installing these RSE step sliders, I'll shoot someone if they try to take these off my Jeep. Anyone knows what size the body bolts are on the Jeeps? I might have to invest in some tamper resistant bolts now.

I installed my EVO PROTEK skid system. Took me 4 hours doing everything by myself. I had to use hand tools because my craftsman impact air gun broke. Now I'm going to have a beer, shower, and maybe take the top off and drive it. I feel better about taking it some of the places I do now that the oil pan and tranny are covered.

I live in Queens. I thought it was a nice area. I guess not. I'll wind up going to jail for my Jeep.

Where in Queens cause everywhere I've driven, people still had there's lol. This may affect my decision on whether to get Evo MFG Rock slider(welded) than the Ace side rails(bolted).

I'm glad I dont have all that to deal with. How about use the bumper of your choice and have a shop spot weld a bolt or two to the frame.
