I finally had a chance to seat my daystar bumpstops correctly. Wd40, flathead screwdriver, and nail glue (I ripped 3/4 of it trying to pull it out)

2drs vs 4drs... Which one..?? ;-)

Today is "Hard top removal" day & install our soft tops... My 2 doors at the front & my nephew's 4 doors at the back... Why the same colour..??? Well, he loved my Jeep since first time i brought it home... Sooooo, he got a similar because that.... Now, he is asking me if i would get mad if he buy the same DC2s.... I said "noup, go ahead".... Oh well, what can i say... They always be kids in our eyes...

As a reminder for everyone, make sure you get out there and check the torque on your control arms and track bars.

I heard a clunk when coming to a stop and when taking off this morning. I checked the torque on all my LCA and TB bolts. My front TB bolt at the frame end was so loose I could twist the nut by hand!

I'm glad I got under there and checked them all. My guess is that it happened when I had the Jeep jacked up and on stands and flexing out during that and during Jeep Beach.

I retorque mine every other oil change and after any heavy wheeling. Never had a bolt over an 1/8th of a turn loose.

Because it kicks in when exiting or entering a highway via clover leafs, it makes for a very dangerous commute. I literally have to take clover leafs at around 15mph (rated for 35mph). I confirmed a centered steering wheel and had it aligned. Using the ESP Off button had no effect on the problem.
That's weird. My 07 only does that to be on those turns when it's rainy and slick

Spitting rain finally quit and I was able to install my new bumper!!

Install was very simple with a few mods; added a few washers to the tow loop bracket to make it flush up better.

And bought some nylon license plate clips(with screws) for attaching the front plate to the provided plate holes.

Also installed the retainer clips(recall part) for my front floor liner.

Installed the Rugged Ridge Soft Top Boot on my 13 JKU. That was one tight fit. I really hope the fabric stretches out over time.

Checked out the squeaking noise from right rear brake. Rotor wobble must equal bent hub or possibly axle. Going to try to get it covered under warranty but with 35's I doubt it will happen. Fingers crossed.
