Every other section has this stickied so I thought I would start one. Forgive me if its in there already but I could not find it.
Anyway here's what I did.
After removing the different cover for a routine fluid change I decided to paint the cover, it needed a little touching up so I thought I would go ahead and paint it red. I already had some farm equipment paint on hand, I'm pretty sure it will hold up to any temps that might be reached.

A huge huge thanks to Austen at rubicontested.com I called left a message he called me back on a day off I told him my predicament and he went to the warehouse and grabbed me what I needed. He went down and met me at San Clements on top of that...

Factory ten axles non Rubin chromoly delivered $309 with everything (wheel studs, bearings, race, seals, and abs plate) except backing plate

Nicest part is I can go either 5x5 or 5x5.5 with the hole patterns...

What size lift are you running and do you tires rub any where?
3" BDS lift. I had to cut my pinch seams in the rear. They were way too close for comfort. I also got steering stops put in because they rubbed on the frame rails at full lock. Other than that she doesnt rub. I have flat fenders on order though because I know they'll rub on the stock fenders at full flex.

I have same the lift but didn't have a frame rail rub issue. Do you know your wheels backs pacing?

Got my new windshield installed, free from the dealer. After that I went and got my hard top tinted and inquired about a few lifts. I've got the jeep bug for sure.

I put my new bumper on over the weekend. The boys warned me not to do it myself, but, in typical Sue fashion, I did it anyway. All was good till I got the tire carrier stuck half way on/half way off & they had to come rescue me with a big ole sledge hammer. I'll never hear the end of it...

Looks good arch. I've been sick with the bug for years..theres no cure I hear :)
Thanks boys. I want to keep going with the white and black contrast. As soon as these tires wear out ill throw on some 33's or 35's. I want to tint my front windows too when I'm back in Ontario. Out here the cops will stop you with anything on the fronts. I'm really hoping after the lift my virus will subside for a bit!
