$500 brand new.

I debated aftermarket or stock and went stock. Complete plug n play. I think this one has updated software or it's an updated model than the one I had in my 2012 Sahara. I got this one off Ebay. I loved my first one and this one has some improvements. Also with the soft top I'm a little weary about after market for theft. I at least have the satisfaction that if they steal this it'll never work on another vehicle. And aftermarket you can get a headunit for 400-600 but you have to buy an expensive wiring harness or swap out the speakers and amp. So I would definitely agree that if you were going to spend say $800 go aftermarket. But I love the 430n because the Nav works great and the unit is incredibly fast. I can also store a bunch of music on it as well.

Installed my OBA compressor since my bracket showed up today.

Also installed my Bilstein steering stabilizer. It made a huge difference, steering is a bit more stiff but no where near as wobbly over bumps.

Seller on Ebay. I noticed he/she had one listed about once a week. I messaged and said I'll give them $500. I had to wait a few weeks but as far as I can tell it's brand new in a Mopar box.

Yea. If you don't have uConnect you would need the Mopar module for the voice command and bluetooth to work.

Did your jeep come with navi? I've had a 430n in mine for awhile but don't have navi. I bought my sport without uConnect. I would love to add navi to mine but don't know how.

No I had the base radio with only Sirius radio and steering wheel controls. I don't have uconnect either. It is completely plug n play. Steering wheel controls work perfect, the splash screen says Jeep. There's one power connector and 2 antenna's that you unplug from the back and plug into the new radio and you're done. Now that I've done it once I would bet I could swap one out from start to stop in 8-10 minutes tops.

When you have the top off and the direct sun light hits the 430n screen, a Jeep Icon shows up. You don't have to have power on it or anything. Only happens with direct sun light and jeep off with no key in ignition. It's pretty cool.

Would attached a picture but stupid app won't let me.

Sweet deal. I wanna pick those up as a temp fix. Got a little trial rash on both sides of the bumper from a tight trail. Looks good bud. Love the black and red contrast.

Not today but yesterday.... High was 65 and sunny...no wind. I left the Wrangler in the driveway and took the motorcycle.

On Sunday...went to go get Thai food....left the Wrangler in the driveway and took the old Integra....mostly because I was in the middle of installing my Lockpick that did not work. Bummer...

The shop that is going to do the work eventually on my Jeep keeps telling me not to do 37's. When I'm in the shop I see his point that my gas mileage will suffer and it is big and heavy and you have to beef up your axles and stuff or else stuff will wear out prematurely but as soon as I get home I have dreams of 37's all over again. For those that are running 37's or have knowledge on them please tell me why or why not to do them.

I run 36"s with a 4 inch lift and I can tell you that it is a very heavy weight to pull. I haven't regeared yet or changed my axles and my mpg has dropped about 6-9 mpg depending on city or highway. Hope this helps.

Wow thanks man it does help. This guy has been in the 4x4 business for 30+ years and he's not pushy at all. He told me I'll do it if you want but just be ready to spend more money to keep her running right. I think I'm leaning towards 35's now.
