Every other section has this stickied so I thought I would start one. Forgive me if its in there already but I could not find it.
Anyway here's what I did.
After removing the different cover for a routine fluid change I decided to paint the cover, it needed a little touching up so I thought I would go ahead and paint it red. I already had some farm equipment paint on hand, I'm pretty sure it will hold up to any temps that might be reached.

Bought my first Jeep - 2012 Sahara, black and am loving it!

Today I removed the silver bumper appliques, both front and back. Looks so much better already!

Future mods:
- gutter guard in grill
- stubby antenna
- black out Jeep emblem and keyholes on doors
- plasti-dip stock wheels (maybe)
- LEDs for interior? hmm...

Are you just going to use plasti-dip for the keyholes? I plan on doing the same with the emblem and de-badging the sides

Installed my Safari Straps Warrior Pet Divider. The dogs already squeezed through the side of it
Now I have to buy the Warrior Long Cage Set
This is something I'm thinking about getting because I had a truck and my dog goes everywhere I go but he rode in the bed of the truck. I think he might try to squeeze his big head between the seats. Lol

Not sure yet. I saw one post where someone used VHT Paint (a specific brand meant for high temperature situations). I'm guessing their choice of paint was to ensure a strong hard finish? After all, if you don't have remote unlock, then your key might start to peel off the plasti-dip.

I saw someone use the plasti-dip for the emblem and I think I'll go with that since it's reversible. Same goes for my wheels. However, I can't paint now as it's too cold - have to wait till spring!
