As far as power goes the only time I could tell a difference (if any) is when I was towing the trailer. I feel I could hold my gears a little better with the trailer on. I wasn't expecting miracles tho on the power end. I did get about 2 MPG better once I installed the exhaust and intake. 22.7mpg from central pa down to Maryland (mixed back roads and highway) thats with 4.10 gears

Finally got around to installing my Grey Spiderweb JKini. What a massive PITA to get it installed the way I liked it and could be happy about considering it comes with no instructions whatsoever and I'm about the most OCD person when it comes to doing something right the first time...

But I gotta say, WOW...What an awesome bit of kit it is. Many thanks to KrawlOff-Road for getting it to me quickly (seriously...like 2 days without any special shipping) and many MORE thanks to that horrid video on installation that got me thinking about how to do it better (even if I lost a little knuckle skin in the process).

I think I'll make up my own How-To for anyone trying to put theirs on once I can get some photos of where I slipped my spiderballs into...First my fingers have to heal back so I can press the shutter button again...

No drone at all on the highway, its quiet until about 2300rpm then it wakes up and sounds awesome I can't wait to get to stop lights now so I can shift through the gears, I have never stopped for so many yellow lights in my life In short I love the sound and the combo!

Today the big finish on my custom exterior stuff, new neon Wrangler fender badges, and little custom artwork -- I made this graphic back in about 2002 as 'nose art' for an air combat game I used to play (The original graphic is from a real Nose art on a B52, and has a caption 'The Last Laugh'. In the orginal the cards have bombs on them... Its pretty cool, but out of context on my jeep so I removed those and put aces instead. Nice to have a new use for this graphic that I spent a lot of time on many years ago.

Everything that isn't Jeep in this photo is from PixelDecals.com, Don does killer work.

Took about 1.5 minutes and removed the plastic air dam and then about 15 more to put on my new front skid plate! That vacuum pump was a PITA to work around...

Hmmm. Just went out and tried to duplicate this. I couldn't. Did you install the top?
The frame should go down kind of into the tub.

it looks like your not pulling the fabric back into a W shape before lowering it. when you put the sunrider portion back first, you should stand on the rear bumper and pull both top and bottom portions all the way back into a W shape before releasing the latches on the side to lower it all the way down.

Pull the fabric back when folding he sun rider top in a "W". It will help that issue. Watch the DVD that came with your wrangler. It is actually an easy process but if you haven't been told or shown, you can easily mess it up. Search YouTube.

Thanks all! I'll have to check it out tomorrow. I thought I did a good job with the "W" fold back but I must be making an "M" instead haha.
Not sure if there is a difference with the Year vs. JK vs. JKU?
I'll mess with it tomorrow and keep ya posted!
Thanks for the help gang!

Make the folds to the back more. Just the same as when opening the top in the sun rider position. You will see it is not hanging over the rear passengers heads either.

Yeah I found no gas mileage improvement. Performance is better. Love all the other features. Enjoy it. If you do find better mpg let me know as I would be interested.
