I just bought and installed a spiderwebshade. It is pretty nice. Ditto on the stretchy ball things.

I'm addicted to zip ties. I mounted a holster for a Glock and mounted my batton to the driver side roll bar.

Those accents look awesome. Does the door trim come off with an Allen key or do they pop off? Thanx

Thanx a lot. I will feel more comfortable doing it to mine now. I live in florida it gets hot but I'm sure not as hot as it gets out there. Thanx again and your grill looks killer. Nice job!!!

Yep, I'm doing the install myself and I did get the nitro shocks. I didn't get the trackbar either. I wanted to just wait and see how it panned out. I've got a Rubi with the e-disco on the swaybar so I didn't get disconnects.

You're not the only one that's told me that the ride is better than stock. I'm wondering if that will still be the case for me since I have the rubi shocks and some stiffer springs (18/59) already.

Thanks for the feedback!

Took a sawzaw to the front bumper

Put on some stubby end caps on the front bumper and then added a rough country light bar on the front bumper. Lights to follow.
Both easy.

Got any pics?

I'm waiting on my VDP kit (stubby end caps) to come in but haven't decided on any type of light mounting options yet.

I just came back from Hobby Lobby with two packages of velcro straps (totaled $1.50 plus tax, they are on sale for 50% off)...to do the same thing. Much cheaper than a boot, and come winter time, the soft top will be easier to manage.

Arrrg...It's an '08. I tried the on/off technique with no luck. I will attempt again. If I don't get anything, there is an O'rielly's close by. Thanks for the help

Pretty much. May take a bit but leave it in the sun let it get hot then hit it with dry ice. Rub it around the edges and watch.

Took wife Loretta and her namesake Jeep to Moab for a cruise thru Long Canyon....Not bad for a Wednesday morning....met 4 folks from the Netherlands at the BIG fallen rock. They were headed up, we were headed down. Nice folks and they knew their Jeeps.

It works on the 08. Start from on then off, then on, then off then on and it should do it. Remember, on is a couple clicks from off, not the first click

Well, it wasn't exactly a legal place for me to play... haha... its just a regular park with bike trails...

We have to drive about an hour and a half to get to the nearest 4x4 park. There is no public land around here either to just go play around on. Everything is private. Pay to play. It really sucks, and I feel your pain!

Swapped out my fenders for some that were already cut from WF member Docholliday. Thanks Doc.

One question. Should I put the wheel well splash guard back on or is it ok without it?
