I was only asking because it does look good! I'd keep it honestly.

Nice job!

I read here that the Sahara's and Rubicon's come with them. Also read that some dealers take them out. I was excited when I found them too.

I did 35's after my 2.5" lift. Filled it too much. So I did bushwacker flares to open up the wheel well some more. But looks good with 33's

Just got her dirty! A Day after I washed and waxed it lol. Few big mud holes are no match, even for a stock Jeep!

I don't know about competing with plasti-dip but after watching the videos I'm wondering if you can cover your entire vehicle exterior with it?

Here is a news article about the Never wet stuff. It basically says that it is going to be carried by Home Depot and produced by Rust-Oluem. My concern is how long does it last on fabric and metal.

Removed the bumpers in preparation for the new ones being delivered tomorrow. Also hosed out all the mud I could find in the skid plates and cross members. The mud in the first pic is nothing compared to all the rest

I sprayed Rust Oleum bedliner in the tub and primed my muffler with high heat paint! Hopefully I can add another coat to the tub and finish up the muffler mod.

Looks good!! Does the spray seem durable vs. roll on liner?

I tested the spray out on my tool box a couple days ago and it seems pretty tough. I'll check back with you tomorrow when it's dry and let you know how it held up in the tub. The main reason I didn't use the brush on kind was because it required you to rough up the surface and prime it.

That's my concern too.

And...how expensive is it going to be?

Imagine doing the siding on your home? You'd never have to clean it again...

Or the under carriage of the Jeep...No rust, nothing caked on after mud runs...

Edit - WOW! The cost would make it prohibitive on large projects -

Quote:
At Home Depot, Rust-Oleum NeverWet includes two spray cans — a base coat and a top coat — that can cover 10 to 15 square feet.

Retailing for $19.97, Rust-Oleum NeverWet will begin appearing over the next few weeks at stores other than Home Depot here and nationwide.

No lift or BB. The tires are 305/70r16s. No rubbing at all but we did grind about an inch off of the air dam under the bumper just to be safe.

What is the brand of the tire? They look good.

Since I am uncertain of a lift right now (most likely AEV 2.5" or TF 2.5") I might get new rims and tires myself for the time being.

I personally think JK's look good with an aggressive 33 and a 2.5" lift.
