I was able to put the fender back on, though it's definitely no longer in factory condition! Lol I really don't know exactly what it will cost to put it back to original, but I'm not that worried about it. I do have to fix the broken amber light! Flats were in the original LONG term plan, AFTER 35s...buuuutttt

We were in Cataloochee, in NC. It was absolutely beautiful! The Jeep performed wonderfully, and the extra lights really came in handy during night driving (very few paved roads where we were)

I knew I should have snapped one. A 25mph tail wind on flat land with no stopping is good to a JK. I filled up with gas right before I left yesterday and reset my MPG. It has already dropped down to 20.1 from my drive this morning to work. I bet it will drop to 18 or 19 by the time I make it home today.

Installed my CB and Cooltech antenna mount
Installed my Plano Storage box
Installed my SpiderwebShade
Removed carpet

Got her muddy and popped her Rausch Creek cherry.

I just finished my winch install....

10,000 lb ENGO EPF10000S
5.6HP
3-stage planetary
265:1
Auto load holding
Free spooling
Hawse fairlead
3/8" X 85ft synthetic
Only 64 lbs.!

I like how low everything came out... nice and tucked. I upgraded the bolts to a better strength instead of the 8.8 that the company gives you also. I'm pleased how everything came out. Now I have to just get stuck

The picture below show that I had to notch out an area for the wires. No problem for the dremel 4000!

How is the odor inside? How long did it last? I've heard it's a drawback. Thought about doing the inside of mine to eliminate the white, as I am paint-matched on the outside. Thanks.

Looks great. Assuming the fenders were removed for the coating? Thanks.

How much liner did you use and about how much did it end up costing you? I am planning on doing mine soon since for whatever reason she always wants to play with the oldies.

I got 20 staying at around 55 in my 2010 with 33's. so 25 on a 3.6l should be doable

The odor inside was strong for the first few days.. Left the windows down.. The smell was only there for about 3-4 days, now you can't even notice it. I like the black better on the inside, it actually seems like it helped with outside noise as well. The freedom tops are great to take off now, as you don't have to worry about scratching them.. the top def. fits a lot snugger now as well. I am glad i did it!! no regrets about it..

^^ Great idea!..
Sunday I installed a pair of Rampage hood latches that I scored on CL for $50. Previous owner had to dump his Jeep for the new baby.
He also had a set of Gorilla locknut and extra keys for $20.

Today I dropped off the Poison Spyder louvers at the powdercoater-can't wait to get that on. Going with a medium blue to play off the logo on my doors.

Do you like your new floor liners?
I need some here in Alberta that are going to take some serious abuse.

Thanks

Doesn't this make your hardtop a lot heavier? It is already a two man team lift.

Not a lot heavier. Still easy with two people. Plus I have a hoist in my garage. Doesn't scratch from branches anymore and I don't have to worry about the freedom panels getting scratched as I take them either.

I noticed on my jeep, the doors are really close to the hard top. Was there any fitment issues after it was done?

Still weighs about the same. The fenders were removed before being sprayed. Actually had the top sprayed twice within a couple weeks....as my lab puppy got the notion to chew on one end of the top when I had it off! But the line x guys were able to repair her mess and it looks just as good as before.

Hard top was about $350. Fenders were $150. Thinking about grill next. If so, it will be $50.

I installed my Hoodlift kit. Install was pretty easy and it works great. I needed it, since I gut out the hole for the prop rod when I installed the Poison Spyder Louvers. No comments about my pretty black paint, on the underside of my hood. The only paint I had, when installing the louvers, was some high heat ceramic, that I had used to paint my exhaust. I think it worked out OK.
