Upgraded the stock speakers with Kickers, nice sound. Also installed the stubby bumper kit.

Do your seat covers look any different? What about the dreaded swamp a$$?

Mrparacord.com is a good vendor. Beware..blisters sneak up on you. Wear gloves or tape contact points on hands fingers. Weeks to heal but I enjoyed making mine.

Awesome! Thanks for the info. I will check them out. I've been reading all about the paracord and what it can be used for in an emergency. Also saw a video on how to undo a weave quickly, if needed for something urgent. All very cool. Going to jazz up the inside of my JK AND have useful paracord available all at the same time. Can't beat that!

The only thing is that it makes it a little tricky to set the rear latches on the freedom tops, and you do need to pull a couple of the spider bungees when the top is up, but mostly it just stays there being awesome.
To the OP: You have to pull the three short ones in the front to put the panels back on, but you can put them back on after you've latched it up.

Just FYI.

Where is everyone finding the folding table that is mounted to the swing gate.I believe it is made by Vector. I have searched everywhere but can't seem to find them anywhere.

Nope, not on glass (I.e. windshield). You get a blue tint to anything you coat with this.

Finally installed my Ace rails that I purchased from Jason at KrawlOff-road. Great service by the way. Install was pretty straight forward and easy. Took about an hour and most of that time was grinding down the washers. I quickly learned that those washers get pretty hot while grinding them down. When it as done, celebrated with a cold one.

My wife has enjoyed our adventures in my JKU so much that she picked up her own this month month....but she definitely wanted to make it somewhere between girly and gnarly.

Here's her 2013 Freedom JKU as she drove off the dealer lot:

And after some upgrades: "Floyd" paint, 35" GT Grabber ATs, Rough Country 2.5" lift, ProComp 7033 wheels, and a Body Armor front bumper that almost killed me during installation:
:

She refuses to get a winch, but there's definitely a set of Rigids in her future for the bumper and A-pillar.

Big shout-out to The Jeep Hut in Jasper, GA for some incredible service.

PlastiDipped my wheels. 4 coats flat black and 3 coats glossifier.
Also Dipped my rockers. No gloss.

In the past I Dipped my Jeep logo and my custom grill insert.

And in this pic, you can kind of see the sunshade I made a couple of weeks ago.

Oh yes. I don't think it would have been so bad if you didn't have to raise the bumper like a half-inch to align the holes.

Mine had two very poorly threaded holes on the driver side that refused to bolt to the frame. The blasted thing fell on my legs twice and my back once. Luckily it's not as heavy as it looks, but it sure didn't feel good coming down.

I got him the complete set which included the table, two side panels and one back seat panel. I think the entire set cost $150. Mike has more molle storage mounts than he has stuff or bags to fill them!

Yep. I had it sitting on the frame. Went underneath and just grabbed it and there it came. I caught it to prevent damage to the bumper but my finger was a lil crooked. Got my wife to help after taping up my finger.

1 year anniversary today and I flipped 18,000 miles. Due in large part to a road trip to CO that I just got back from.
