I just put on the nx top a couple weeks ago and love it! Be sure to let the top/sides/rear window all sit out in the sun for about an hour before doing it. I also found this vid to be more helpful than their directions (even though yours is a 2 door it should still help). Good luck!

What kind of rocker protection is that? Useful as a step as well?

First I installed my Racor storage hoist, then lifted the top and installed a Spiderweb Shade to cut down the sun. I guess I contributed to the delinquency of a Jeep. In one day I got it nakey, topless and part of it high. I'm so naughty.

ACE Rock Sliders They work well as steps, but I'm pretty tall, so I don't step up on them.

I cut off the material covering the Velcro on that side and then put a piece of the latch Velcro on the side of my console. Because I got a few pieces of Velcro in my pack, I'm going to sew a thin piece into the mag pouch and put another strip on my consol just to have Velcro on every contact point (it still holds good even as I have it set up now). Here are some pics of how it turned out...

Why do you need to have a gun in your Jeep ??? With a clip ready to go as well ??

Because it's our right...

Here's the video for installing the 2 door version....helped me out a LOT! I would watch a step or two, pause it, go out & do those steps, then come back in & watch some more.

I could go into an explanation of why, but i won't. People like you don't get it and never will. Well...maybe you'll get it one day, when its too late, if you or someone in your family ever becomes a victim.

I would rather carry and never need it, than need it and not have it...

I'm running the rr with protectors. Love em! Even plasti-dipped the protectors for a while but the bolts pulled the dip when tightened... Might get them poser coated or line xed red

I love them!! - definitely get the protectors can't tell you how many scratches and scrapes I have... Just need to replace once they get bad dont have to replace the whole wheel.

Be careful not to over tighten the bolts for the wheel protectors the bolt heads will snap off really easily and you'll end up with a snapped bolt stuck in your rim..as seen in pic.... A bit of a pain to drill out and rr doesn't send extra hardware with them so be careful!!!
