Used this guys plans...

Jeep Wrangler 4 Door Rack

i altered the width and height a bit. Also, when you put it on the furniture dolly, there are two cross beams on either side...nothing in the middle to support the weight. So i screwed in a 3rd beam. I didnt see in this guys plan where he did that. I haven't glued them yet, but when I put the doors on next time, I will do that and tape the foam.

The plasti dip looks great! Good job! If you want the flat look thats the way to go, and the nice thing is, you can easily change it to something else later.

Changed oil to full synthetic, added rear side grab handles for back seat, made a center seat support for the back seat, and did the rear seat headrest mod. It is amazing how much better you can see now out the sides and back now.

Also, installed the Teraflex leveling pucs in the front. Took about an hour. The Jeep sits like it should now! Went for a ride! Jeep still rides great. Next thing to come is blacking out the grille.

I just scored on some retired fire hose, 6ft; a sleeve for the synthetic rope that I have on my winch... Best thing - it was free!

Now ill be looking for a good tree strap and a pulley block... Any recommendations?

Ya a 2 1/2" fire hose makes a nice tree strap sleeve

Installed my Hi-Lift Jack, had a little pancake sub/amp combo installed under the driver's seat and put my Quadratec floor mats in. Hopefully if Fedex arrives tomorrow I'll have my new soft top and seat covers to keep me busy. It's a 2013 2 DR btw...

I actually used 3 gallons, with a lot to spare. Definitely easier with gallons and spray gun. More consistent. Thanks for the compliment!

Got a 15" single row LED bar. I zip-tied the cable down the tube until figure out how to run the cable inside the tube. Since I lost the stock fog lights when I installed the Smittybilt bumper, I'm going to use the stock fog light connector to power the light bar.

What windshield mount did you use?

I like how they are more towards sides.
