Every other section has this stickied so I thought I would start one. Forgive me if its in there already but I could not find it.
Anyway here's what I did.
After removing the different cover for a routine fluid change I decided to paint the cover, it needed a little touching up so I thought I would go ahead and paint it red. I already had some farm equipment paint on hand, I'm pretty sure it will hold up to any temps that might be reached.

Those are very nice steps, Dominus. Might have to put some on mine when I go to 35's, or not. Have to see. Let us know how they work on the rocks, if you venture out.

A side note to my post the other day. If you put in a water pump, GET THE $5 GASKET! Had to redo mine, it had a leak from the pos cardboard gasket.

Turned out, when I took the new pump off, it was making a squealing sound when turned, so it may have been a bad pump, too. Got a new, new water pump and the rubber gasket this time. No leaks so far.

Finally had these installed. They are stout. They still come out far enough to prevent other car doors from hitting the sides which I like. The support my 240lb frame easily. Not sure what the max weight limit is but they are strong. A switch deactivates it when offroading or if the doors are off. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Hell yes. Is the Mrs going to be very happy happy she can get in without a pole vault? That is priceless. And green light for more mods :)
What are those? Where did you order them?

So far I love them. I haven't seen them at night yet. They are pricey.
They have enough light for daily driving. Yes they are pricey but worth the unique look. You'll love them. I also have the 6045 fog light but I'm still deciding on a bumper to put them in. AEV might be the one but the search continues.

These are Rock Slide Engineering Step Sliders. They are very expensive. Check out their website. They have videos on there. They make this mechanical whine that really makes the Jeep sound like the machine it is, especially when it clunks into place when its tucking itself up.

If I ever make it to the rocks lol. No problem.

I really like those and wish I could afford them. I want them even more now that I know there is a switch to deactivate the drop effect, since it seemed to me it might not always be convenient for those steps to be dropping down every time you open your door.

Yesterday washed it and then next thing you know the doors are off i didnt even mean to. Musta been 60 out rode around in shorts doorless topless.

Today bought acetylene and welded the control arm bracket back on the frame.

Had a pseudo death wobble yesterday (didnt have to completely stop to stop it)

Gonna order a trackbar and tierod ends and a steering stabilizer in a few minutes. Kinda ridiculous this stuff went bad at 25000 miles. Wtf.

This is a very expensive mod that doesn't really show its colors until the doors are opened. I still don't have that "lifted" look or bumpers which really start making the Jeep into what God intended. They look like regular sliders. I do notice that when it folds down, the front seat passengers have great ingress/egress but the step could've been about 6" longer to make for better ingress/egress. I am still very happy with it nonetheless.
