My latest LED project was to replace the stock side marker lights.
After (or "if") you cut your stock fenders, you will have a dilemma what to do with your factory side marker lights. If you're like most of us, you'll figure out how to "relocate" them like I did here - (You'll see I simply tucked them up under the fender and used one of the fender inner-liner bolts to hold it in place.)

You can see in this pic, the stock lights are a little hidden and at certain angles, you wouldn't see them at all -

This works perfectly fine and I have no issues with it other than, I wanted something "cleaner". So, I looked at my overall set up and decided I could do something a little more "custom" so off to Amazon I went and ordered a set of
these, broke out my trusty drill and uni-bit set and went to work.
About an hour later, I had gone from this -

And finally, this -

Since I have a full width bumper (this would actually work on ANY bumper with a flat surface at the end), this put the lights out where they can be seen more easily and from just about any angle. Also, since I did the "turn signal mod" and my side markers are actually turn signals, I thought being more visible would be better.
For those not familiar with the turn signal mod, here's a GREAT tutorial on how to do it.

I don't have any night pics of how this looks, but these LED's are plenty bright enough! I'm very happy with how this turned out!
