On my 2007 Wangler, the rollover valve stuck. It would spit gas back out of the tank when fueling. The fuel tank had to be replaced at 22,786 miles.

My 07 does that a lot of the time. I never asked the dealer about replacing the tank though. Was it a recall? Or did they just change it out for you? I must say it's a real pain whrn the gas sprays out.

My 2007 Wrangler required rear brakes at 27961 miles. I thought that was way too soon. I traded it in at over 47000 miles and it never required front brakes. It might have just been a bad set of brake pads.

Wore a hole in the drivers side carpet floor mat at 2,000 miles, replaced under warranty. The corner broke on the removable hard top passenger side panel at 2,500 miles. I had to pay for this one because they insisted that I had damaged it even though it was not properly bonded at the factory. Mopar owes me $350 on this one in my opinion.

'09 JK manual, from the 200 mile mark would kick out of first gear, gave me a complex, b/c I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong or replicate (sporadic). I self-medicated until I took it to the dealer, and just used 2nd. Believe it was a synchronizer issue. Luckily, it happened to the garage manager when he drove it into the shop. He said there was a advisory of sorts about the issue.

damn, wtf did you do that it needed replaced at 31k?
I honestly have no clue. I don't do any hard core offroading. The handling and creepy popping just kept getting worse and they told me it was the shaft. They replaced it and it drives like new again. Before it felt as if the front.end was gonna pop parts off when I drove.

I also should add I had my rear brakes replaced at 21k. Dunno why those went bad so fast either. Front are still good with about 80% pad left.
