What Is Most Must Have Mod

Put new JKU in my garage, so what is the absolute must have Mod. Mod's I plan are 2.5" lift, new bumper, winch, grab handles, and thinking of others.

Question is just what is the Most Must Have Mod. I mean the one mod everybody must have. Does not need to be one of the ones I listed above that I plan. If you own a jeep what is considered a must have Mod?

grade 8 bolt kit would probably be up there. if you're lifting your JK, an adjustable track bar is also a highly lauded mod. both of these tighten the steering up nicely!

Chrome overlays on everything you can touch . Pink dingle berrys in windshield LOL ! All kidding aside , make sure the lift you are getting is a good complete one . You didn't mention what lift you are getting , and they are not all the same . Nothing worse then buying a lift and hating it !

Iif there is such a thing as a must have mod, I'd say it's wheels and tires. None of the factory offerings look right on a Jeep. Of course, this is from a guy still rolling on the puniest of factory rubber.

Cut Down or Swap out the factory flares. Narrow Steel Flares are Sexy.

Spod switch!!! One of the first things I did and it's been great as I add electrical accessories.

Agreed!

If I were to do it all over again...I would start off with new headlights instead of wheels/tires/lift that I started with.

I installed the TL LED Headlights and I was very impressed with them. In my opinion, these are 100 times better than stock...but ANY upgrade to the headlights is better than the stock pair. LOL!

Those eye lash things for the headlights. Oh or because it's before thanksgiving maybe the rain deer ears and a red nose. Better get em on before everyone else does

Trucklites if you drive outside the lit city streets at night - OEM headlights are fine in town but terrible in the dark. A Superchips Flashpaq was a quick no-brainer as well - really does a nice job of making accessible the power of engine you paid for. From there anything is the limit. I'm keeping mine mostly stock until the warranty dries up. By then I figure I'll know enough about what I want in a lift, tires, rims and gears. Then again, for the money, a full set of OEM half doors might be more fun considering my four-wheeling is mostly snow, the boat launch and fire roads to the cabin.

Winch. Tires and lockers are great, but NOTHING will get you as far as a winch. I've been wheeling with my stock Sahara A/T's for the last two years, never stopped me from hanging with the big dogs. It's the driver not the tire.

On that note, I just ordered 35" KM2 and I think that's the SECOND best mod
