Okay, let's here it, what's the best product to use on my newly refinished hinges to prevent then from inhibiting removal of my doors?

Get a small tube of white lithium grease and you will have enough for a lifetime.

I've got a can of CRC white lithium grease. I grease every moving door, hood, trunk latch/hinge, sunroof gears/tracks on all my cars with it every fall...even grease the inside of the gate lock to my back yard.

I have not removed my doors YET, but after reading all the threads about stuck bolts I think I;d lean towards a grease that may be a little more water proof so to speak.
I have a can of Boat Trailer Wheel Bearing Grease, Good stuff, I use it on anything thats subject to weather or exposed to the elements.
I have a sample can of some Industrial Synthetic grease made by Dubois (MPG3) , that stuff was some of the first Synthetic Grease on the market and You have a hard time washing it off your hands !!
Something to think about.... "BH"
