What is this finish?

Before I start working on the interior I am trying to determine the finish on these vent covers. Anyone know what this finish is called? It's not stainless or chrome. Thanks in advance!

Are you planning on painting the trim?

lol! No I don't want to paint it. I want to replace it. But I sort of like the finish of those. Not too shiny and not too boring. I have not found anything similar so I wondered if that finish had a name (beyond painted plastic).

It's the bright silver trim. You can buy them from the dealer or dealer supply like this, or paint them, or trade with someone who wants the color you have - assuming yours are the graphite silver ones (darker silver).
