What lift/tires?

What would go best with this lift? And do i need new control arms with a 3" lift?

TeraFlex 3" Lift Kit with Shocks for 07-13 Jeep® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK - Quadratec

I was thinking about putting these 35" x 12.5" on ..

Good choice. Control arms (lowers) are going to be for caster assuming ?

3" is borderline considering most lifts are higher then listed. Especially if the jeep is lighter.

Will you need them? Most likely, a 3" kit is going to raise the jeep around 4" in the front.
But... Install the lift and drive it first. Low caster caused flighty steering. If you find this to be the case you can always add later.

Nothing but good things to say about teraflex. Have their performance leveling kit an will be ordering their 2.5" kit this weekend. You will enjoy that setup. An as kjeeper said I would install the lift an drive it first then decide if you want/need control arms
