What PSI for 33X12.5OR17

Hey all,

I have 33X12.5OR17 tires and my tire pressure light just came on. Apparently they were inflated to 55psi by the company that installed them and the light wasnt on. I towed my boat today and mysteriously the tire pressure gauge came on. I called my dealership and they said to air down to 45PSI and drive 5 miles. I did that and it is still on. Any advice as to what PSI I should run? Stock I think was 33PSI but that seems too little for this size tire.

They put in air to the max tires PSI not the PSI recommended for a Jeep for it's weight which is 37 psi

Have you considered chalking the tires to see what psi is right given the unique configuration and weight distribution of your Wrangler?
