What should my rubicon unlimited come with and what are these?

i got a rubi with the dual top group - the hard top is on and the soft top is kinda connected in the back. Im keeping the hard top on and i am required to remove the soft top from the vehicle. My only question is does it come with the tools i need to do it? I have found no torx head tools anywhere in the jeep.
I did find 2 bags that say keep in vehicle for customer use w/numbers "m02970978a5" and "692713ab1m0297" on one and "995ac" "p55395jk" "t91kk1158m0297" - what are these bags for as there was nothing in them?

i also got the tow package - is this supposed to come with the ball hitch or just the receiver

thanks

no tools, no ball hitch, unless you worked something out with the dealer.

You'll need a T30 torx to either get the soft top off the brackets or to take the brackets off the roll bars. Not sure what the bags had in them, give the dealer a call, they might be able to tell you.

I had "1" bag like that, and it was the one the "spare" key came in.

I found two little plastic bags like that and chucked them. Afterward I thought maybe I shouldn't have so I fished them out of the garbage. I asked the dealer if I needed to keep them and they said no, but I think I kept them anyway. I think one of them was for a key. I have no idea what came in the other.
