What to do with 11 inches?

Ok, picked up my 2014 JK a few weeks ago after a long time of wanting but not practical (lots of overseas moves). Been kicking around all the options which is insanely fun, but my biggest constraint is my garage height - I've got exactly 11.8 inches of clearance on stock everything - would be great to get some opinions:
Part time daily driver, main off road use is to get up mountains and go camping on the weekend (summer and winter). Would say snow and crossing the occasional washout is much more common than mud. For sure want to go with a roof rack (gobi stealth seems the lowest profile), I understood from other posts about 4 inches. but also feel the pull for (slightly) bigger tires and maybe the accompanying lift, but that's a longer term play in another year or so after settling in.
Was curious if anyone else had to consider similar sets of tradeoffs and what ended up as key factors in the end.

With nearly 12" of garage clearance, I think you've got a wide range of options. If you got a 4" from a lift, 2" from bigger tires (remember, you only get 1/2 the height from the bigger tires because 1/2 the height is above the axle), and 4" from a rack, you're still clear by nearly 2". :)

My latest concern was going into a parking garage--my height right now with a ski rack on the top is 6'8". Fortunately the garage clearance was 6'10". :D

Based on your usage, a premium 2.5 with 12.5 wide 33" tires would be an outstanding set up. You'd get about 3" of lift plus another 3/4 or so on the tires and 4" on the rack...
