Whats inside the back gate?

Quick question about the rear gate. Sounds like something has worked loose inside the door (maybe a bolt or something) and it rattles around in there whenever I shut it. The handle doesn't feel loose and neither does the spare. Took everything out including jack and it is definately inside the door. What do I need to remove to get into it? Thanks for your help! 

Did you try pulling out the plastic panels to get a better look and feel around in there?

I have a couple of antennas on my spare tire carrier and had to do wiring through there. You should be able to get access by the plastic panels.

Thanks all. I figured that would be the way but I'd hate to go prying stuff off and mess something up. Gonna go look now.

Got it!! Turned out to be just the heat shield rattling when I shut the gate. That one threw me since it doesn't rattle on the road. Too bad, I was hoping to find a pot of gold in there.....thanks all!

I'm hearing something similar on the driver door, could it be the same thing? Easy to fix?

Oh it gets even better.......I was putting the drain plugs back in and there was a penny sitting on top of the heat shield. No more rattle. Not exactly the pot of gold I was looking for but it was head side up so at least I'll have good luck. Lol!
