Looks like it'll be even harder to sell left over '12s than it was '11s. Boy, do I feel left behind in the dust by the amazing things coming for 2013!

I didn't say that I got it from Milous, I asked YOU where you thought I got it from. I had to say "thin air" to keep it family friendly, but we both know exactly where I pulled it from.

Also, I'm fairly sure the ticking is related to premature wear on the galvanized knibbing pins, which are imported from China.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, since you weren't here when the '12 was being speculated.

Let's just say the origin of the universe is probably the only bigger subject for conjecture than the '12 was. The '11 had been on sale for months before we had confirmation from Chrysler that 2012 would bring a new drivetrain.

Have you thought about leaving sales for politics? You've got obfuscation down pat! But, your reputation for honesty just squeaks by intact.....

I have been known to let someone think something was true from time to time without confirming nor denying.

It will not work at all for the now under-powered 2012.

Towing capacity has been increased to 5000lbs for the 2 door and 7500lbs for the 4dr. All jeeps will come with 4:10 with otional 4:88 and 5:13.
At first I was like *tears* and then . Chrysler should hire you on, you would make a lot of future Jeep owners happy.

p.s. Aside form the fact that your post on the engine was an obvious (and great) satire, I also know for an absolute fact that you didn't get it from Milous..... enough said...

i hope you caught on about the upcoming 13 model. under daggo, he states "the bad guy". he's just upset that the pentastar is so good and he is stuck with his 3.8. lol

It was hard for me to think it was true when Chrysler just made their Penstar V6 common across many of their brands.

I heard from family members that work for Chrysler. No its not true. They plan on keeping the same motor and tranny for at least another 5 years, and defo, 2013 will be no different than 2012.

Just got of the phone with Chysler and they told me that the COD model will be replacing all rubicons and will be renamed C.O.W. Call of the Wild. and AEV already has a kit in the works that will make claws come out of the tires just like the tank from thunder cats.
it's on the internet now so its true

I had it too, probably one of the best toys from a tv show back in the day. I mean where it wasn't one of the main features

in all seriousness, I just read in July's issue of Off-road magazine that although the engine will remain the same they are going to introduce the new dial transmission selector from the revamped Dodge ram

Apparently the CVT tranny yields a 20% gain in fuel economy. This will also eliminate the complicated drive shaft lever and further refine the Wrangler's interior
