When do you need to change swaybars w/lift

Alright, actually two questions.

1) How far can you raise your jeep before having to change shocks?

2) how far can you raise your jeep before having to change swaybar or get extenders?

I am going to install the OME stiffer coil springs and some say you can get anywheres from 1 to 2" just from them but even then I was wondering how far people have pushed the limits without having to change other suspension parts. I will probably change springs this spring anyways. But what if I wanted to add a small BB to this new setup later for 33's? I just like to know where others have found the limits without causing any problems with road driving
